JOINT REVIEW BOARD

TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT #4

VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH, WI

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Joint Review Board, Tax Incremental District #4, Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, will meet at 1:15 p.m. on the 5th day of April, 2012, at the Ellsworth Village Hall, 130 Chestnut Street, Ellsworth,WI 54011.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. Review the public record, Project Plan Amendment and related planning documents, Plan Commission resolution recommending adoption of Project Plan Amendment, and the resolution of the Village Board adopting Amendment No. 1 to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District #4, Village of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, to

designate the District as a donor district benefiting Tax Incremental District #7, Village of Ellsworth, a distressed tax incremental district.

2. Consideration of resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District #4 designating the District as a donor district benefiting Tax Incremental District #7, Village of Ellsworth, a distressed tax incremental district.
