1. Call to Order and roll call to determine quorum present representing the Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Ellsworth School District and Chippewa Valley Technical College.

2. Review the Public Record, Planning Documents, Plan Commission Resolution recommending creation of Tax Incremental District #10, and the Resolutions adopted by the Village Board creating Tax Incremental District #10 and establishing the territory boundaries of Tax Incremental District #10.

3. Consideration of Resolution approving creation of Tax Incremental District #10 and establishing the territory boundaries of the District.

4. Consideration to disband.

5. Adjournment.
