The Planning Commission for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Thursday, April 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ellsworth Town Hall, W6058 490th Ave. Agenda: Call to order, Discuss if there should be areas designated as suitable for agricultural preservation for Farmland Preservation; if so, determine process to proceed in identifying and mapping such areas; hear report from those who attended frac sand mining meeting in Eau Claire, discuss issue of frac sand mining; review what the county currently has in place, discuss what, if anything, the town

The Planning Commission for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Thursday, April 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ellsworth Town Hall, W6058 490th Ave. Agenda: Call to order, Discuss if there should be areas designated as suitable for agricultural preservation for Farmland Preservation; if so, determine process to proceed in identifying and mapping such areas; hear report from those who attended frac sand mining meeting in Eau Claire, discuss issue of frac sand mining; review what the county currently has in place, discuss what, if anything, the town

could or should have in place for any potential frac sand mining such as licensing agreement, road agreement; set next meeting date, adjourn. Members of the Town Board, who are not member of the body whose meeting

agenda is published in this notice, are entitled, as any other citizen of the Town of Ellsworth, to attend this meeting in an unofficial capacity. It is possible the attendance of one or more non-members may create a quorum of the membership of another body. Such a quorum is unintended and the non-members are not meeting for the purpose of exercising the powers or duties attendant upon their membership on any Town committee or board.
