Notice of Town Board Meeting

The Town Board of the Town of Diamond Bluff, Pierce County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and an agenda of the public meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Diamond Bluff for April 12th, 2012 at 7:00PM. The town chairperson has provided communication of this public meeting to the official town newspaper. The public may provide comments to the town board if the presiding officer notes on the agenda and upon recognition a period of public comments.

Agenda: Call meeting to order at 7:00 PM, Roll call of Board Members present, Approval of minutes from previous meeting, Approval to pay claims as presented, Treasurer’s Report, Township Road Update, Seawing Park Committee, discuss and take action on Bob Brokers building project, discuss and take action on fire contract with Ellsworth Fire Service, Informal public comment time, Agenda items for next meeting, Next meeting date, Adjournment

Annual town meeting to follow the regular monthly April meeting. The agenda will be as follows:

Call meeting to order, Set the date for the Town of Diamond Bluff’s 2013 Annual meeting, Update Town on Building Inspections / Permits in Diamond Bluff, Update Town on property tax assessments in Diamond Bluff , Report Business conducted in Diamond Bluff for 2011 – Town Chair, Report Financial Year for 2011 – Town Treasurer, Open Forum, Adjournment .
