Elmwood softball wins season opener
Elmwood High School's softball team won its season-opener Monday 8-2 over Eleva-Strum.
CENTRAL - Elmwood High School's softball team won its season-opener Monday 8-2 over Eleva-Strum.
The Raiders' Heidi Webb and McKayla Brunner both had RBI singles and winning pitcher Brunner tossed a one-hitter with a whopping 15 strike outs.
Elmwood's next contest is an opener too. They'll begin Dunn-St. Croix Conference play April 10 at home against Glenwood City.
