Brunch for Ellsworth's 150th coming April 22
A Blue Bonnet Brunch with all the trimmings anyone would care to eat will be held Sunday, April 22, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at St. Francis Parish Hall as part of the Ellsworth Sesquicentennial Celebration festivities.
A Blue Bonnet Brunch with all the trimmings anyone would care to eat will be held Sunday, April 22, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at St. Francis Parish Hall as part of the Ellsworth Sesquicentennial Celebration festivities. Under age six are free, ages 6-12, $5, over age 12, $10.
Ladies and gentlemen of all ages are welcome. In the spirit of the 150th Sesquicentennial Celebration, come dress for the past or come as are. Some of the ladies will be in their bonnets, shawls and long skirts, while the gents, sporting their facial hair, will be attired in top hats and waist coats.
The Knights of Columbus will serve. Advance tickets are encouraged and can be purchased from Jack Hines, Hines Auction Service at 107 County Road C, or Joanne Hines, American Family Insurance, 450 E. Wall St. or the Pierce County Herald, 126 S. Chestnut St., Ellsworth.
