TOWN OF TRIMBELLE MONTHLY MEETING PROCEEDINGS

TOWN OF TRIMBELLE March 13,2012 7:00 p.m.

The monthly meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to

order by chairperson Jim Harris. Roll call by the clerk with all the board present. Minutes of the last board meeting were read by the clerk. Motion to accept minutes by Richard Leonard. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Richard Leonard made a motion to grant Operator Licenses to

Elliot Foley. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Brad Roy, Andy Pichotta, and Rod Webb presented and discussed the upcoming Farmland Preservation Plan and Proposed Code changes for Agribusiness and Agritourism.

Lisa Mueller requested to use the Town Parking Lot as a vendor site for selling produce. The Town Board is taking it under consideration and will have it as an agenda item for the next meeting.

Ron Johnson made a motion to renew the agreement for Building Inspection Services with Todd M. Nolan, Owner of All Croix Inspections Corp., for the term of April 1st, 2012 until March 31st, 2015.

The board reviewed the cemetery bids. Ron Johnson made a motion to award the bid to Donald L. Engel for the amount of $2050. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Roll call vote: Jim Harris - yes, Richard Leonard - yes, Ron Johnson - yes. Motion carried.

In the event that Trimbelle Township has to do a second canvassing to take care of any provisional ballots or absentee ballots received after election day, the Town Board directed the clerk to pay the election inspectors for at least a minimum of one hour.

Correspondence was reviewed and discussed.

Richard Leonard made a motion to pay the bills. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.

Richard Leonard made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried.
