Pat Head Summitt is retiring as women's head basketball coach at the University of Tennessee. The 59-year-old revealed last August that she was diagnosed with early onset dementia, but finished one final season on the bench. Summitt will remain with the program, but longtime assistant Holly Warlick will take over coaching duties. Summitt is the all-time winningest coach in NCAA basketball history with nearly eleven-hundred victories. She's been with the Lady Vols since 1974. Summitt won eight national titles and never had a losing season in 38 years.
