MILWAUKEE - Just win. That’s the only thing the Milwaukee Bucks can do if they hope to claim the eighth and final playoff spot from the Eastern Division of the NBA. But even that might not be enough.
Despite a 106-95 victory over the New Jersey Nets last night, the Bucks are now one game away from elimination. Milwaukee trails the Philadelphia 76ers by three games, with three games remaining. Unless the Sixers lose all three AND the Bucks win all three, Milwaukee is out. However, one of the three games left in the season will pit the Bucks against Philly, the team they need to beat.
Brandon Jennings scored 30 points, including three straight three-pointers late in the game. He had six rebounds, six assists and four steals. Ersan Ilyasova scored 17 points and took down 17 rebounds in the victory.
