NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ISSUE TAX DEED (Form 303A)

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Pierce County is the owner and holder of tax certificates issued by the County Treasurer of Pierce County, State of Wisconsin, upon the sale, for the amounts as set forth below, totaling $3,141.54 for the unpaid taxes on the following described lands, situated in said county and state, parcel number 024-01042-0300, Town of Rock Elm, to wit:

A parcel in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 17, Township 26 North, Range 15 West, Town of Rock Elm, described as commencing at the Northeast corner of said SE ¼ of the NE ¼, thence South on the section line a distance of 4 rods 4 feet; thence West 17 rods 7 feet; thence North 4 rods 4 feet; thence East 17 rods 7 feet to the Point of beginning.
