MINNEAPOLIS - The hit-and-run trial of Amy Senser is underway. Jurors were seated on Monday followed by opening arguments, which included a prosecutor Deborah Russell saying Senser's oldest stepdaughter told the defendant she would go to police if Senser did not admit she was driving the vehicle that struck and killed 38-year-old Anousone Phanthavong of Roseville.
Senser claims she didn't know she had struck a person when she drove up a freeway off-ramp in Minneapolis.
