Offbeat News-- It's not something you see everyday. A woman was cited Thursday for car-pooling with a mannequin in the fast lane.
MINNEAPOLIS - It's not something you see everyday. A woman was cited Thursday for car-pooling with a mannequin in the fast lane.
A State Patrol trooper spotted the mannequin in the back seat of the woman's car in the MnPASS lane south of Minneapolis.
According to a post on the State Patrol's Facebook page, the driver claimed she was acting on a dare. Police say she also had a suspended license, landing her another citation.
