TOWN OF ELLSWORTH BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Town Board for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Monday, May 7, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall (W6058 490th Ave). Agenda: call to order, minutes, financial report, road work report, approve driveway permits, approve purchase of four communication radios and upgrading remainder of town radios for narrow band; discuss and possibly take action to amend ATV ordinance to allow UTV travel on designated ATV routes in the town; other road work, public comment, discuss and take action approving conditional use permit for Richard Fischer and Lost Creek Ranch barn; grant operator & provisional licenses, approve bills, correspondence, set next meeting date, adjourn.
