EHS netters get first win of season

DURAND - Ellsworth won its first conference match of the season Tuesday with a 4-3 win over Durand/Mondovi in Durand.
Adam Lee won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1 singles for the Panthers. Parker Johnson won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles and Will Huppert won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 singles.
Isaac Claesson and Mike Auckland won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles and Adrian Schott and Austin Garavalia beat Derek Biesterveld and Brett Pittman 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.
Ellsworth lost 6-1 to River Falls Monday night with Lee picking up the lone victory.
Lee won his No. 1 singles match against Curtis Hanson 6-0, 4-6, 6-3.
