Area News-- A car driver killed after hitting a semi-truck on a western Wisconsin Interstate has been identified as 22-year-old Kelsey Lee of Woodville.
A car driver killed after hitting a semi-truck on a western Wisconsin Interstate has been identified as 22-year-old Kelsey Lee of Woodville. The State Patrol said Lee was not wearing a seat-belt when her auto struck a semi going in the same direction. The car then veered off the roadway and rolled over several times. Lee died at the scene. The truck driver was not hurt. The crash happened about 10:20 yesterday morning on the westbound lanes of I-94 near Hammond in Saint Croix County. It remains under investigation.
