MINNEAPOLIS -- Sentencing is set for July 9th after a jury found Amy Senser guilty on two of three felony counts in the fatal hit and run case in Minneapolis.

The 45-year-old Senser was found guilty of leaving the scene of the accident and guilty of failing to call authorities. Jurors rendered a "not guilty" verdict on the criminal vehicular homicide gross negligence count.

Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman says this was a tough case to try because a lot of it was based on circumstantial evidence. Senser faces four years in prison and her Attorney Eric Nelson says they will likely appeal some of the jury's decisions.
