Beginning Monday, Nov. 14 and continuing until the early morning of Tuesday, Nov. 15, construction crews will be repairing the pavement on westbound I-94 in Hudson.
The pavement buckled due to the extreme heat this past summer and temporary repairs were made. The repairs next week will be permanent.
The right, through-lane on westbound I-94 will be closed from 10 a.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday. WisDOT will also be closing the 14th Street entrance to I-94 off of Coulee Road during that time.
Drivers should watch for traffic that may be slowed or stopped in the area due to the construction zone. The dates of the work are dependent on favorable weather conditions and are subject to change.
