O'Connell and Orpen
Wisconsin D.A.R.E. Officer’s Association is pleased to announce that Alli O’Connell of Ellsworth and Courtney Orpen of Prescott have been selected as D.A.R.E. Role Models. O’Connell, daughter of Mike and Jeannie O’Connell and Orpen, daughter of Shawn and December Orpen, are among fifteen high school students statewide to be selected to this D.A.R.E. youth advisory board and are representing sixteen counties from west central to northwestern WI. These fifteen students will be working closely with the state’s D.A.R.E. youth advisor, Chloe Spriggle of Ellsworth. The purpose of this student board is to have these students from around the state network and come up with creative ideas to promote healthy drug free choices among our youth. These fifteen students are role models in our schools and throughout our state. Pictured from left to right is D.A.R.E.
