TOWN OF TRIMBELLE - PIERCE COUNTY

RESOLUTION NO. 2012 - 1

WHEREAS, Sections of the Town of Trimbelle Building Code provides that the fees for building permits and other permits shall be determined by resolution of the Town Board;

and

WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to establish such fees:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Trimbelle Town Board does hereby adopt the fees that shall supersede and replace any previously adopted fees as following:

a. Plan Review / Administrative Fee / Renewal Fee (Amount based on inspection fee

(b. - g.))

$25.00 if inspection fee under $400.00

$75.00 if inspection fee over $400.00

b. New one and two family dwelling construction:$750.00 flat fee plus $.10 per square foot.

c. Modular or manufactured assembled home to be placed upon a permanent basement

foundation shall be $550.00 flat fee plus $.10 per square foot.

d. New Commercial buildings: $750.00 flat fee plus $.10 per square foot. Above square

foot fees (b. — d.) include finished and unfinished space and attached structures that

are part of the submitted plan, such as an attached garage, deck, or porch.

e. Manufactured assembled home to be placed upon a slab, piers, or non - permanent

foundation shall be $400.00 flat fee.

f. Any building cost (additions, alterations, or remodeling) over $100,000.00 will be consid

ered new construction (b. - d.)Building cost will be measured according to the RS Means

Standard if applicable.

g. Any building cost (additions or remodeling) between $50,000.00 - $ 100,000.00 will be

charged per inspection type, types listed under Services l.B. Fee's for one and two fami

ly dwellings will be $60.00 per inspection type and fees for commercial buildings will be

$100.00 per inspection type, number to be determined by building inspector at plan re

view. Building Cost will be measured according to the RS Means Standard if applicable.

Building costs under 50,000.00 do not require a town building permit by local ordinance.

h. Re-inspection fee $60.00 for One & Two family dwelling, $100.00 for Commercial.

Double fees will be charged for all work started or done without a Permit.

TOWN ATTORNEY, ENGINEERING, AND ZONING ADMINISTRATION CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CLIENT AT COST.
