RETAIL “CLASS B”
LICENSE TO SELL
INTOXICATING
LIQUORS AND BEER

To the Village Board of the Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin:
The undersigned applies for retail “Class B” license to sell at the premises described in the application blank, in the Village of Ellsworth, County of Pierce
and State of Wisconsin, from the date of July1,2012 through June 30, 2013, unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by subsection (8) of Section 125.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto,
and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances, and regulations, state, federal, or local affecting the sale of such liquors, if license be granted to undersigned.
