MONTHLY MINUTES:
The monthly meeting for the Town of Trimbelle was called to order by chairperson Jim Harris. Roll call by the clerk with all the board present. Minutes of the last board meeting were read by the clerk. Motion to accept minutes by Ron Johnson. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.
Richard Leonard made a motion to grant Operator Licenses to Heidi Savage, Debora A. Chilson and Carrie Obermueller. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.
Richard Leonard made a motion to approve a request from Mike Hoist for a Conditional Use Permit for a farm and home based business and a 4000 square foot building. Seconded Ron Johnson.
Motion carried.
The board acted on Lisa Mueller's request to use the Town Parking Lot as a vendor site for selling produce. Due to liability issues, the Town Board decided that no sellers will be located on the premises.
First Reading of ORDINANCE 2012-1 ORDINANCE TO EXTEND TOWN OFFICER TERMS IN RESPONSE TO ELECTION LAW CHANGES
First Reading of RESOLUTION 2012-1 FEES FOR BUILDING PERMITS AND OTHER PERMITS
Correspondence was reviewed and discussed.
Ron Johnson made a motion to pay the bills. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried.
Richard Leonard made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Ron Johnson. Motion carried.
ANNUAL MEETING: (7:30 P.M.) The annual meeting was called to order by Jim Harris. The annual minutes of 2011 were read and the monthly minutes were reviewed. Ron Johnson made a motion to accept the minutes. Seconded by Richard Leonard. Motion carried. The financial report was discussed. The projected road projects for 2012 are: Box culvert at 570th Avenue near 950th
(approx. 200 feet east), Culvert on 440th Avenue (approx. .5 mile west of K), and extensive asphalt patching throughout the town. The 2013 Annual Meeting will be the third Tuesday in April. Richard Leonard made a motion for adjournment. Seconded by Jim Harris. Motion carried. Mary J. Kees, Clerk
