Letter: Teachers can pay like everybody else

TO THE EDITOR: The teachers are not at the mercy of the politicians. They still get to bargain for their wages.

TO THE EDITOR: The teachers are not at the mercy of the politicians. They still get to bargain for their wages.

The teachers union told them not to settle for any other health care insurance company. The insurance company then kept on jacking up the prices because they had no competition. The insurance company made millions which it donated to Democratic politicians.

Now the school board can find the most reasonable priced health coverage. Teachers can pay part of their health care insurance premium and pension donations like everyone else. A lot of people don’t get a pension.
