Ryan Cook was tagged with the loss after allowing his first earned runs of the season in the eighth.
The same two teams play tonight in Minneapolis.

Oakland A's outfielder Manny Ramirez will not join the major league team when his 50-game suspension comes to a close on Wednesday. Manny piled up two more singles and showed some power driving a ball to the warning track on Monday. He still does not have an extra-base hit with the River Cats. Had Ramirez been called up on Wednesday, he would have made his 2012 Major League debut at Target Field against Minnesota
