Stricker moves up to 23rd place at The Memorial after two-under par 70
Wisconsin Sports-- Wisconsin golfer Steve Stricker shot a two under par 70 Friday to move up into a tie for 23rd place at The Memorial. Rory Sabitini has the lead going into today’s third round. Tiger Woods is in a three-way tie for second place.
DUBLIN, Ohio - Wisconsin golfer Steve Stricker shot a two under par 70 Friday to move up into a tie for 23rd place at The Memorial. Rory Sabitini has the lead going into today’s third round. Tiger Woods is in a three-way tie for second place.
Stricker is the defending champion for the tournament held in Dublin, Ohio. He trails Sabitini by five shots.
Pewaukee native Mark Wilson struggled to a four over par 76 Friday, dropping into a tie for 50th place, eight shots back. Jerry Kelly failed to make the cut.

Rhinelander's Dan Forsman is three shots off the lead at the Principal Charity Classic in West Des Moines. He shot a first-round four under par 67 Friday, good for a tie for seventh place. Mike Goodes leads the tournament after shooting a 64.
