Application for retail Class "B" License to sell

fermented malt beverages

To the Town Board of the Town of Trenton, Pierce County, Wisconsin.

The undersigned applies for retail class "B" license to sell at the premises described in the application blank, in the Town of Trenton, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin, From the date of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, unless sooner revoked, fermented malt beverages as defined by subsection (8) of section 125.02 of the Wisconsin statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances and regulations, state, federal or local, affecting the sale of such fermented malt beverages, if license be granted to the undersigned.
