PUBLIC NOTICE

APPLICATION FOR RETAIL “CLASS B” LICENSE TO SELL INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEER

May 29, 2012

To the Town Board of the Town of El Paso, Pierce County, Wisconsin:

The undersigned applies for retail “Class B” licenses to sell at the premises described in the application blanks, in the Town of El Paso, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin, from the date of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by subsection (8) of Section 125.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances, and regulations,state, federal, or local affecting the sale of such liquors, if license be granted to undersigned.
