APPLICATION FOR

RETAIL “CLASS B”

LICENSE TO SELL

INTOXICATING LIQUORS

Diamond Bluff, WI, 5-24-2012

To the Town Board of the Town of Diamond Bluff, Pierce County, Wisconsin:

The undersigned applies for retail “Class B” license to sell at the premises described in the application blank, in the Town of Diamond Bluff, County of Pierce and State of Wisconsin, from the date of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, unless sooner revoked, intoxicating liquors, as defined by section (8) of Section 125.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes at a retail subject to the limitations imposed by Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and

all acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, and hereby agrees to comply with all laws, resolutions, ordinances and regulations, state, federal or local, affecting the sale of

such liquors, if license be granted to the undersigned.
