of the District financial report and payment of bills for May 2012, Technology projects 2012- 2013, Maintenance projects 2012-2013, 4YK staffing. OLD BUSINESS- DISCUSSION: Refinancing of Fund 38 debt. NEW BUSINESS- ACTION: Human Growth and Development curriculum, 4K early admittance request, 2012-2013 school board meeting schedule, Personnel report, PLC dates, 66:03 agreement/ teacher position, Choir spring break trip. NEW BUSINESS-DISCUSSION: Strategic

planning annual review. SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT. The meeting will convene to closed session as

authorized by State Statute 19.85 (1)( c)&(f) to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and to give preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems. The school board will return to open session and take action on closed session items if necessary.
