New clerk hopes rest of career’s in PC

PLUM CITY—Michele Burg has spent 25 of the last 27 years living in Plum City.
Burg has worked in the community, too, though not nearly as long. But she hopes that will change with her hiring late last month as the Village of Plum City Clerk-Treasurer. She succeeds Bonnie Frickson in the position.
“I’d like the rest of my working years to be in town,” she said Wednesday.
