CAP crew resume search for missing pilot
Minnesota News-- Civil Air Patrol crews are hoping Mother Nature will cooperate today and they can resume ground and air searches for a missing pilot and airplane in northeastern Minnesota.
DULUTH - Civil Air Patrol crews are hoping Mother Nature will cooperate today and they can resume ground and air searches for a missing pilot and airplane in northeastern Minnesota.
Sixty-seven-year-old Mike Bratlie of Lakeville and his twin-engine Piper Navajo disappeared June 8th in the Silver Bay area.
Lieutenant Colonel Paul Hertel says crews have encountered some very difficult terrain and recent flooding in the area may also have an impact on ground crews. Anyone with information is urged to contact local law enforcement.
