An Ellsworth teen was charged Wednesday in Pierce County Circuit Court with exposing genitals to a child.
Daniel E. Westerberg, 19, 171 W. Main St., No. 1, will next appear in court 9:30 a.m., July 9 for a preliminary hearing.
According to the criminal complaint:
Ellsworth police were dispatched to a noise complaint and people being nude on a balcony at the previous address. Upon their arrival, they saw a 14-year-old girl who was wearing underwear and smoking a cigarette on a porch. Minutes later, Westerberg came out naked.
Police arrested Westerberg soon afterwards as he leaned over, exposing himself.
