MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee defeated the Miami Marlins for a 10th straight time, but it wasn’t easy. A two-run homer by Aramis Ramirez gave the Brewers a 13-12 victory in 10 innings after they had blown an early seven-run lead.

The home run came off struggling Marlins closer Heath Bell, who has already lost his job once this season. The Marlins made what had looked like a blow-out and interesting game by scoring three times in the seventh, then six more in the eighth.

Ryan Braun’s three-run homer had led Milwaukee to a 9-2 lead after six innings, but the bullpen collapsed, costing starter Marco Estrada his first win. Corey Hart had a home run for the Brewers and second baseman Rickie Weeks went 3-for-4 with an RBI. Ramirez knocked in four and Livan Hernandez picked up his second win.
