Kenseth has pole for Coke Zero 400
Wisconsin Sports-- Daytona 500 winner Matt Kenseth of Cambridge has won the pole for tonight’s Coke Zero 400.
DAYTONA - Daytona 500 winner Matt Kenseth of Cambridge has won the pole for tonight’s Coke Zero 400.
Kenseth comes into the race as the Sprint Cup points leader so far this year, 11 points ahead of Dale Earnhardt Jr. He edged out Ryan Newman and Kasey Kahne for the top spot.
Eau Claire driver Paul Menard starts 13th tonight and Janesville’s Travis Kvapil takes off in the 40th position.

Kurt Busch powered his wrecked Chevy across the finish line last night to win the Subway Jalapeno 250 in a rarity – a race car not covered by sponsors’ logos. Defending Nationwide Series champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr. finished second in the Friday race at Daytona. Beloit-born Danica Patrick finished 31st after being knocked out in the 82nd lap by an accident.
