Pres. DeWolfe called the special meeting to order at 5.30 p.m. in the Board Room located in Village Hall.

Health, License, Welfare Committee recommendation 5/30/12

Approve "Class B" Retailer's License application B&M Bar LLC -Danny Dunn's, 265 N. Broadway St., 7/1/12-6/30/13: MSC Steele/Sweig to approve contingent upon all bills being paid due the Village. Unanimous.

Approve Class "B" Retailer's License application VFW Post 9060 - 154 S. Plum St., 7/1/12-6/30/13: MSC Manfred/Wandmacher to approve. Unanimous.
