The Town Board for the Town of Ellsworth will meet Monday, August 5, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall (W6058 490th Ave). Agenda: call to order, minutes, financial report, road work report, Nelson-Owen bridge on 610th St; approve driveway permits, other roadwork; grant operator & provisional licenses, public comment; discuss and approve Ordinance 2012-3 to impose a 1-year moratorium on the creation of new nonmetallic mining operations within the Town of Ellsworth; dog impound fee, approve bills, correspondence, set next meeting date, adjourn.
