PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeals created by the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Ellsworth, will meet on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 7:00 P.M., at the Village Hall downstairs board room, 130 N. Chestnut St. (lower east entrance), to conduct a Public Hearing and investigation of the petition of Scott & Stacy Henning, 455 W. Warner St., for a variance of the provisions of Chapter 46.06 (12)(c)(1) “Pools for which a permit is required shall not be located within 25 feet of any side or rear lot line," of the Village of Ellsworth Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a pool, resulting in a 18’ and 21' side yard setback and 10' rear yard setback, 7’ and 4' side yard and 15' rear yard less than the 25’ requirement on the following described premises to-wit:
