VIROQUA - Authorities in southwest Wisconsin say speed-and-alcohol were both factors in a motorcycle crash that killed a Minnesota man.
Vernon County sheriff’s deputies said 45-year-old Richard Arneson of Stewartville, Minn. lost control of his bike on a curve. It rolled down an embankment before it hit a tree.
The crash occurred yesterday afternoon near Viroqua on Highway 56.
