PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above- entitled action on March 1, 2012, the undersigned Sheriff of Pierce County, Wisconsin will sell at public auction at the Pierce County Courthouse, 414 W. Main, Ellsworth, Pierce County Wisconsin on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, commencing at 9:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said Judgment to be sold and herein described as follows:

Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Certified Survey Map in Volume One (1) of Certified Survey Maps, Page 21, as Document Number 230271, filed in Pierce County Register of Deeds Office on April 15, 1969, being located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼ of NW ¼) of Section Two (2), Township Twenty Seven (27) North, Range Nineteen (19) West, Town of River Falls.

Property Address: N8893 1047th Street, River Falls, WI 54022. 

The property will be sold “AS IS”. No representations as to condition of property are or will be made. The property is sold subject to unpaid real estate taxes and any other legal encumbrances, if any, and purchaser will be responsible for transfer taxes and title evidence and recording fees.

Terms of Sale: 10% cash at sale, balance due at confirmation hearing.
