By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on December 7, 2011, in the amount of $150,096.09, I will sell at public auction at the The lobby of the Pierce County Courthouse 414 West Main Street Ellsworth, WI 54011, City of Ellsworth, County of Pierce, State of Wisconsin on September 18, 2012, at 9:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:

A part of the Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Seventeen (17) West, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Seventeen (17) West, running thence North 8 1/2 rods more or less to land deeded to Ellery Nadeau, thence East 16 rods on and along the South line of said land deeded to Ellery Nadeau, thence South 8 1/2 rods more or less to the South line of said forty; thence West along the South line of said forty 16 rods to the place of beginning.
