Ellsworth Fire puts on another successful parade

The annual Ellsworth Fire Department parade Sunday went off without a hitch, as parade goers enjoyed over 60 floats.

    Zumbrota (Minn.) Fire Department had one of many area fire trucks in Sunday’s parade. Hudson, Prescott and Plum City-Town of Union had units as well.

The annual Ellsworth Fire Department parade Sunday went off without a hitch, as parade goers enjoyed over 60 floats.

Joe Hines and Larry Peterson, long-time fire department members, were grand marshals. Both have been with the fire department for over 40 years.

People’s choice winners for best floats went to Pierce Veterinary Clinic (first), Zor Roadrunners (second) and Nightmare on Piety (third).
