Winter predicted to be a warm one with less snow
Wisconsin Weather-- Forecasters say it will be another relatively warm winter, with less snow than normal. The forecasting service AccuWeather released its 2012-2013 winter weather outlook earlier today.

A National Weather Service spokesman in Sullivan says that prediction is basically the same as the one from the weather service. Meteorologists are basing their predictions on a weak to moderate El Nino pattern which is expected to impact our winter weather.
This bad news for Midwest farmers struggling with drought since the region is still four to six inches below normal for precipitation this year.
