Certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law. Approve agenda. Approve minutes from July 31, 2012 Meeting. Current Business - Review and approval of financial reports - Audit and approval of monthly expenditures - Review and approval of director’s report; New

Business - Building/Space Committee discussion; Preliminary 2013 Budget discussion; Adjournment. Next Meeting: TBD.
