Horseshoes in hand, a player eyed the target during the tournament behind the El Paso Bar and Grill for El Paso Days Saturday. The past weekend’s celebration also featured a horse pull, walk benefiting the American Cancer Society, tractor cade, car show, bean bag tournament, flood cow swim race, ecumenical worship service, grand parade, greased pig contest, music, refreshments and more.

Tractors and their drivers returned from the tractor cade Saturday, an attraction at El Paso Days. Included was a 1949 Ford driven by John Marko (second in line). The 25-plus units had ventured out from downtown El Paso to Vino in the Valley and back.
