Horseshoes
Horseshoes in hand, a player eyed the target during the tournament behind the El Paso Bar and Grill for El Paso Days Saturday. The past weekend’s celebration also featured a horse pull, walk benefiting the American Cancer Society, tractor cade, car show, bean bag tournament, flood cow swim race, ecumenical worship service, grand parade, greased pig contest, music, refreshments and more.

Leonard
What a difference a year makes. Bill Leonard showed off his and wife Linda’s 1955 Packard Clipper at the car show as part of El Paso Days Saturday. Leonard had brought the classic on a flatbed trailer to last year’s show, before he’d done much work on it. This year, he was able to drive the refurbished vehicle to the event.

Tractors
Tractors and their drivers returned from the tractor cade Saturday, an attraction at El Paso Days. Included was a 1949 Ford driven by John Marko (second in line). The 25-plus units had ventured out from downtown El Paso to Vino in the Valley and back.

Bean bags
Bean bags flew through the air when a tourney was staged behind the El Paso Bar and Grill Saturday as an El Paso Days highlight.
