JANESVILLE - A send-off rally for Wisconsin Congressman and Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will be held tomorrow morning at Janesville Craig High School.

Ryan will be making a stop in his hometown before he heads to the Republican National Convention in Tampa. The Ryan campaign says tickets are available online and people attending should be prepared to go through security checkpoints. Ryan is scheduled to speak at the convention in Florida Wednesday.

The threat from Tropical Storm Isaac has led Florida officials to delay the heavy schedule of activities until Tuesday. The convention was originally to start tomorrow.
