NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Village of Bay City, Pierce County, Wisconsin that a public hearing will be held on the 13th day of September 2012, at 6:30 pm in the downstairs of the Village Hall, Bay City, WI before the Board of Appeals to consider a request for a Variance for a request to place a structure that does not conform to set back requirements by Frank Hince, owner of Lot 4, block 1 original plat, physical address W6330 Main St, Bay City. All persons interested are invited to said hearing and be heard.
