PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on April 18, 2012, the undersigned Sheriff of Pierce County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction on the front steps of the Pierce Courthouse in the Village of Ellsworth, Pierce County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., the real state and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold and therein described on the attached Exhibit A.

A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (SE¼ OF NW¼) AND IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SW¼ OF NE¼), SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP TWENTY SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE SEVENTEEN (17) WEST, VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Commencing at an iron pipe set on the North and South Quarter line of said Section 17, said point being 1525 feet South of the North Quarter corner of said Section 17 and the point of beginning for parcel to be described; thence proceed West a distance of 205 feet to an iron pipe; thence proceed South and parallel to the North and South Quarter line of said Section 17 a distance of 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence proceed East a distance of 240.50 feet to an iron pipe set on the Westerly right of way line of town road; thence proceed Northwesterly along Westerly line of said town road a distance of 106.12 feet to the point of beginning.

ALSO, A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (SE¼ OF NW¼) AND IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SW¼ OF NE¼), SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), TOWNSHIP TWENTY SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE SEVENTEEN (17) WEST, VILLAGE OF ELLSWORTH, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

Beginning at a point on the North and South Quarter line of said Section 17 a distance of 1525.0 feet South of the North Quarter corner of said Section 17, said point being the point of beginning of the parcel to be herein described (the same being the Northeast corner of parcel described in Volume 20, page 555, as document number 227012); thence go West 205.00 feet; thence South 100.00 feet; thence East 240.50 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of a town road; thence S20°00’E 21.02 feet along said Westerly right of way; thence West 347.70 feet; thence North 136.25 feet; thence East 299.00 feet to said Westerly right-of-way; thence S20°00’E along said Westerly right-of-way 17.56 feet to the point of beginning, the above described parcel is intended to become a part of that parcel referenced in Volume 20, page 555, as document number 227012. Said parcel includes easement granted in Volume 20, page 553, as document number 227011.
