The Aug. 27 Red Cross Blood Drive was projected to have 68 pints donated.
The total on Monday came to 77. This looks good, except for the fact the Red Cross has been paring down its projections for local drives as the number of donors has dwindled. Remember, it only requires one hour five times a year to help save a life.
