Organizers haven’t held back a flood tide of activities scheduled for Spring Valley Dam Days the weekend of Sept. 14-16.
SPRING VALLEY—Organizers haven’t held back a flood tide of activities scheduled for Spring Valley Dam Days the weekend of Sept. 14-16.
The fun keeps rising as the 45th annual celebration progresses that Friday through Sunday, with many of the downtown attractions on the village’s main street, also known as McKay Avenue. The local Lions club is the main organization stirring up the festivities.
