The Plan Commission of the Village of Ellsworth will meet on Monday, September 17, 2012, 7:15 p.m. at the Village Hall lower level board room, (East rear entrance), 130 N. Chestnut St. The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and approval of the Certified Survey Map, site plan including storm sewer and street construction, infrastructure on site, building plan and signage including blvd. sign for McDonalds, applicant Dan Acker, on the following property located at 121-167 W. Main St.:

All of Outlots 140, 141, 144 and Part of 142,

Assessor's Plat to the Village of Ellsworth

Village of Ellsworth, Pierce Co., WI.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Village Board on Oct. 1, 2012, 7:00 p.m.
